This is phenomenal thank you for all your inspiration and generosity because you helped make it possible for changing life’s when I tell you my therapist is so excited I finally have something that she says I light up when I talk about it and that’s painting with my Angels and with you and the community and she has kept a class going for over a year now to give us a place and time to paint Together and she’s always asking what new painting I’m going to do that you inspired and she actually has one of the pieces I did in her office that everyone ask about she said they go bananas over it! I didn’t know I could learn to do better at one of my favorite things I loved painting good at drawing but I just couldn’t paint what I felt till a combination of blessings including you and your channel and the way you take the time to teach and make us comfortable with actual steps and you speak to us through all of it literally I see everything you’re doing and you are quite literally such an incredible woman I’ve cried over the paintings we’ve been able to do together when I see what I actually had part in creating it’s just magnificent! Hello! I m a noob… 😅 I m wandering why you are using glazing liquid… do we have to to get the same effect?… 🌸🦄

Okay... so I've gotten half way through this tut while following along. Observations to my painting: I must be using too much water; although, I'm trying like the dickens to get most of it off the brush. My pallet paint looks like it's beading up. I also have a tough time when mixing paint to get the paint off the brush and onto the palette (most of it stays on the brush while transferring it.) Before blaming my round brush when trying to make petals and fine lines (it paints with forked tongue) I'll maybe attribute it to a golfer blaming his clubs. Normally, it's user error. So, I can see gessoing a number of papers and practice, practice, practice before moving on. I have to say, it is amazing how little paint one goes through; although, I can see that I may be mixing it a bit thin. I guess that will take some practice as well. I'm okay painting up to down and left to right. I've got to force myself to paint in the other directions as well so I get more competent at it too. This isi harder than it looks and I'm glad I just didn't dive right in on one of those other artists follow along pieces. I probably would have quit (but yes, I still want to follow their stuff too. Just a matter of knowing when. Thank you for these tuts - frustrating though they may be.
